Lifechanging Support Provider is a provider of Therapeutic Support Services. Our services are fully adaptable, allowing our mobile clinicians to deliver care in your home or at one of our numerous clinics.

Our offerings include Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Positive Behaviour Support, Employment-related Assessments and Counselling, School Leaver Employment Support, and Functional Capacity Assessments.
